Average Days on the Market Expected to Increase in 2nd Half of Year

In most years, the peak of the Denver metro real estate market is around the month of May. From this point, sales tend to take longer and sold prices usually decrease (moderately). Based on the current market conditions I am expecting this trend to continue through the rest of the year.
