Values Up - Inventory Down
The current market conditions are optimal for anyone considering a sale. I do not expect inventory to reach last year's levels and home values will not likely gain much more in 2016. With low competition, now is a great time to sell.Buyers continue to face a competitive market (especially at lower price ranges). Experts continue to project long term gains for the Denver metro real estate market.Have questions? Lets get together and talk.
