Rates Are Dropping | Latest Market Report

Interest rates are on the decline and impacting the market as the new year approaches. The busy spring market typically revs up in early January. If rates continue to drop, experts are predicting to see a busy buying season with a moderate increase in values, strong buyer demand, and faster sales! If you are buying or selling, NOW IS THE TIME to get your plan in place.

This market snapshot shows the current conditions as of the end of November. Home values, while down, are holding steady primarily due to the decline in active inventory. Most notable is the average days on the market for homes now under contract. Active buyers right now might be able to find a great opportunity to buy at a lower price and with less competition.
