Happy Labor Day Weekend!

I hope you have an enjoyable Labor Day Weekend and find a way to stay cool!

The real estate market has been a Tale of Two Markets in 2022. The first half of the year saw home values rapidly increase and a competitive market for home buyers. Around April and May, interest rates rose, and the market took a decisive turn with home values declining and buyers becoming nervous about home affordability.

Where are we today? Click here to read my latest blog post about the current market conditions. While technically still a seller’s market, home buyers are taking advantage of the increase in inventory to patiently wait for the right home.
