Market Trends - Through September 2019

Seasonal slowdown expected, more gains on the horizon

Home values continue to rise but at a moderate pace. When home inventory rose this Summer, sales slowed and values leveled off, similar to past years. Looking ahead, inventory is expected to seasonally decline followed by another strong market in 2020.Click here for the large chart.Other factors contributing to the current market include historically low mortgage rates, a strong local economy, low inventory, and continued buyer demand.
