Market Trends - Through June 2018

 Home Values Continue to Rise, Inventory Remains Low 

Most neighborhoods in the Denver metro area saw home values increase again. The inventory of homes for sale hit record lows and buyer demand is very strong. These are the primary factors impacting the local market.The report below shows median home values for detached single-family homes in the Denver metro area through June 2018.
