Dear ,

Recently Sold!Updated Saddle Rock TownhouseI listed this home for sale and we successfully reached a contract in less than 24 hours. Located in the very desirable Saddle Rock community, this property closed on schedule over the list price!Rare Heather Gardens Patio HomeAfter watching the market for months, my client and I found the 'perfect' home and successfully closed on it last month. Despite the tight market and competitive environment, we moved quickly, wrote a strong offer, and negotiated the sale to exceed my client's goals. Such a great sale and find for this client!

But Limited Inventory Is Slowing The Market

Despite these metrics, the lack of inventory is a key factor in the reduced number of listings and home affordability situation. Many homeowners who would like to move can't find the right home and are not listing their home for sale.

According to Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist at NAR:

“Current demand levels indicate sales should be stronger, but it’s clear some would-be buyers are having to delay or postpone their home search because low supply is leading to worsening affordability conditions.”
