The Spring Real Estate Market Has Arrived

The Spring Real Estate Market Has Arrived

Good morning

!The Spring market is here! Take a few minutes and look at the data below. It shows the inventory of available homes is significantly up, which is contributing to home values leveling off. Home values are down from last year's highs and experts are forecasting moderate gains in 2019. I am expecting a strong Spring market over the coming months with a moderate increase in home values. Buyers at lower price points should expect bidding wars for homes. With more competition, pricing your home right will be more important this year. Every neighborhood is different. If you or someone you know are planning a move, contact me to discuss your plans and how I can help you navigate these changing real estate trends. I am

Inventory is UP almost 10% from last year. Looking at trends from past years, we can expect steady increases in available homes over the coming months. Sellers should consider listing now to beat the competition to the market.

The median price of sold homes is slightly DOWN from last year. Current home values are down from last year's peak and forecast to only see moderate gains in 2019. This recent drop presents a great opportunity for home buyers.
